Margaret is a Gospel/Jazz singer, who has been in the music industry performing professionally for 25 years. A Detroit native, she started singing at the age of 6 in her father’s Pentecostal church. She is an accomplished Dove Award winning song writer for Best Song of the Year . She attended Oral Roberts University and was one of the ORU singers on the daily Nationally televised broadcast.
Margaret has performed with her sister, Gospel recording artist Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Whitney Houston, Carly Simon, Dave Koz, Bebe Winans, Luther Vandross and Michael Jackson to name a few. She has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show and was special guest vocalist for John Travolta’s 50th birthday party in Cabo San Lucas.
